🚨 FORMAL STOCKIST & VENDOR ENFORCEMENT POLICY | NEW ZEALAND

At Lugo Merchants Ltd, we proudly supply our premium The Guarana Shot™ inventory upfront to a diverse network of New Zealand retailers—from dairies and liquor outlets to airports gyms and restaurants.

We choose to support local businesses with our flexible, zero-cost-upfront "On Appro" Supply Model, but we have a zero-tolerance policy for payment evasion.
Our Strict "On Appro" Terms:
  • Zero Upfront Cost: Fresh stock is dropped off at no immediate charge to protect your business’s daily cash flow.
  • The 30-Day Settlement: Outlets have up to 30 days from the point of sale to settle their balance for the shots sold.
  • The Rapid Restock Rule: If your display sells out prior to the 30-day limit, the balance must be cleared immediately before we will unlock a fresh delivery to restock your establishment.
Possession & Sale Equals Immediate Liability:
We do not tolerate payment evasion. If your establishment accepts The Guarana Shot, places our display boxes by your cash register, displays them on your primary retail shelves, stocks them inside your business in general view, or showcases them anywhere you choose to feature our products within your establishment, and takes cash or digital payment from the public for them, you owe us for them—no exceptions.

🛑 Zero Tolerance for Dodging Invoices:
Following severe industry losses across multiple retail outlets totaling upwards of $30,000 in unpaid debts, our enforcement policy is now strictly active nationwide:
  1. Ownership Changes Do Not Clear Your Bill: If a business is sold or handed over to a new owner or manager, the debt does not vanish. We aggressively pursue both parties jointly.
  2. Airtight "Trail of Pursuit": We log every single missed call and ignored email chronologically to use as formal legal evidence.
  3. Full Recovery of Consequential Losses: If an account passes its due date and communication breaks down, we immediately issue a 7-Day Formal Letter of Demand, followed instantly by an official claim with the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal. We will legally recover the full retail value of the stock, the value of expired goods, and all travel/fuel costs calculated at the official IRD mileage rate.
We value our honest retail partners who want to boost their profits with Natural Energy Today, but non-payment will be met with immediate legal escalation.
