Welcome to the Lugo Merchant White Label Product Index. Based here in New Zealand, we manufacture and package premium formulations across food, beverage, personal care, and functional sachet / TopitUp wellness caps. This guide allows you to select from our pre-stabilized inventory to build, brand, and launch your own custom product stables.

1. Product Categories & Specifications

Select the base products from our catalog build your custom brand stable. All items are ready for your custom labels and outer packaging.

Formulation Notice: All formulas—including our active wellness ingredients and medicinal cap releases—are pre-stabilized, compliant with New Zealand regulations, and ready for market. Formula alterations are not permitted under standard white-label contracts.

2. Packaging, Branding & NZ Regulatory Compliance

To establish your own brand stable under the Lugo Merchant manufacturing umbrella, you will provide the brand artwork, and we will manage production and fulfillment based on these core rules:

  • Label Design Requirements: Partners must supply high-resolution (300 DPI), print-ready files matching our specific die-cut dimensions.

  • NZ Food Safety & Medsafe Compliance: * Food/Beverage: Labels must comply with MPI (Ministry for Primary Industries) guidelines, including nutritional information panels (NIP) and country-of-origin labeling.

  • Functional/Medicinal Caps (Category E): Labels for products containing active ingredients like paracetamol must strictly include required safety warnings, dosage instructions, and clear labeling of active ingredients. Lugo Merchant will provide the mandatory text layout for your labels upon product selection.

3. How to Launch Your Stable (Step-by-Step)

1: Curate Your Lineup: Select the product combinations across our food, beverage, or personal care indexes that define your brand.

2: Apply Your Brand Identity: We provide you with the exact label templates; you apply your logos, typography, and color schemes.

3: Order Minimums (MOQs):

 * Standard Sachet MOQ: [e.g., 100 units] per SKU.

 * Top It Up Shake it Up" Cap Technology MOQ: [e.g., 500 units] due to specialized technical manufacturing.

4: Production Turnaround: Once artwork is signed off and compliance is verified, New Zealand dispatch typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
